Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

At this time, we ship exclusively using:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

This allows us to provide reliable, affordable, and consistent shipping services within the United States.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and USPS service availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Location

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume shipping periods

Simon Natural Pets is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • USPS rates

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in our area.

  • Local pickup will be available as a checkout option when applicable.

  • Pickup instructions and address will be provided after purchase.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Simon Natural Pets is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

Optional Shipping Protection

Simon Natural Pets offers optional shipping protection for orders.

Customers who wish to protect their package against loss, theft, or damage during transit must request shipping protection at checkout and pay the additional protection fee.

If shipping protection is not selected, Simon Natural Pets will not be responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Transit damage

  • Misdelivery

  • Carrier handling errors

Without shipping protection, all shipping risks are assumed by the customer once the package is transferred to the carrier.

Shipping protection is optional and must be purchased at the time of checkout. It cannot be added after the order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Simon Natural Pets is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by USPS once they are in transit.

However, we will assist customers in submitting a claim with USPS when applicable.
